PRICING:
Prices are ex our Seaview printshop and do not
include GST. Logoworx ltd reserves the right to
adjust/change prices without prior notice.d

ORDERS:
All orders must be confirmed in writing - i.e. fax, email
or post before proceeding. Logoworx ltd will not
process verbal orders.

JOB CONFIRMATION AND ART APPROVALS:
If logowox ltd is providing the film and art an electronic
proof will be supplied and printing will not proceed until
we have received the signed job confirmation and art
approval, this also applies to repeat jobs. Please
check these proof carefully. Logoworx ltd accepts
no liability for errors or omissions on proof sheets
that have been signed by the client as correct.
All costs to remedy the fault will be the clients
responsibility. For emailed proofs, your reply by email
will be considered your signature and binding.


PRE PRODUCTION SAMPLES:
Pre production samples will be printed at a cost
of $ 55.00 per product, per colour plus normal
set up costs. On confirmation of sample approval,
repeat set up charges will apply.
If changes are required to artwork, then full set
up charges will apply.


PRINT QUALITY:
Logoworx ltd will best match to the PMS Colours.
There is no guarantee of exact match to PMS
colours when printing on different surfaces.
Logoworx ltd will advise on the proof sheet
provided if we believe there will be problems with a
print.
Logoworx ltd will not be held responsible or liable
to the client or third party, if the client wishes to proceed
with a print that has not been recommended. and
artwork approval sheet has been signed.
Logoworx ltd will not be liable for print wearing off
products with improper use and laundering of product

CANCELLALTIONS:
All confirmed orders are considered final and cannot
be cancelled without due consideration. Cancellation
will encure a $50.00 charge in addition to any
applicable artwork and materials used.


SAMPLES:
Samples will be invoiced at full price and must be
returned within 7 days. After 7 days they will be
invoiced and will not be acceptable for return


RETURNS / CLAIMS/DAMAGED OR LOST GOODS:
Claims should be made within seven days of receipt
of goods. All claims received after this time will be
considered on an individual bases.
Logoworx ltd accepts no loss or liability, sustained
through any contractors, or late delivery from any
cause what so ever.
Logoworx ltd will not accept liability for damaged or lost
items while in transit. Faulty stock will be replaced, if retuned within 14 days inits original packaging and in good condition.


DELIVERY
Logoworx target lead time is 10 working days from
receipt of signed art approval. This is not a guarantee
as workload varies and Logoworx ltd will not be held
responsible for orders taking longer than 10 days.


URGENT ORDERS:
Should you require delivery within 5 working days from
receipt of signed art approval, there is a 20% urgency
fee that will be applied to the order.


PAYMENT:
All orders are C.O.D unless otherwise arranged
If a credit account has been authorised, payment
will be made according to the conditions arranged.
If payment is not adhered to on the due date, all
costs incurred in the collection of the outstanding
debt will be payable by the customer.
